Personal Trainor - In Person
Hybrid Programs
Local to the Thousand Oaks area and have access to dumbbells? Short on time but crave the accountability, instruction, and camaraderie of a small group class? Then this option is for you!
You will have full monthly access to the entire online program (2 upper body and 2 lower body workouts per week, plus a library of optional core, cardio, full body, and mobility workouts) PLUS one in-person small group workout a week with me and other Hybrid members. Virtual Programs
Busy schedule with just 30 minutes here and there to workout? Have access to dumbbells? Love the idea of doing *something* structured 4-7 days a week, but on your own schedule and terms? This is the plan for you!
Commit to 4 dumbbell workouts per week (2 upper body, 2 lower body) This program also offers a library of additional core, cardio, full body dumbbell, and mobility workouts at your fingertips! The Virtual plan offers the most flexibility and efficiency for the busy person who can just manage 30-40 minutes here and there, but wants to stay on track and have a plan.

“When I was asked by a friend to do a fitness session with her and an instructor, I was nervous. After the first class I was hooked. It was as if I had my very own trainer working with me. Each daily session was filled with interesting and effective exercises, never boring. The hour always went by quickly. Liz was always very supportive and encouraging throughout the session. She was so attentive to both of our individual needs constantly. Having knee and shoulder issues, Liz would adjust each activity for me as needed. If an exercise was bothering my knee or shoulder, she would make a little change to the movement, which would relieve any discomfort I was having. She has a great understanding of how the body moves. ”

We did some initial in-person training when time allowed but she also helped me choose the most effective at-home equipment for a more consistent work out option. Liz’s work outs are challenging and I am stronger now at 40 than I’ve ever been. “I have been a client of Liz Law’s for a year. She is a hidden gem in the plethora of fitness trainers in Thousand Oaks. I was lucky enough to hear about her through a mutual friend who posted about the great results she achieved working out with Liz. Her training techniques are straightforward and her attention to form (in order to avoid injuries) is paramount. When I first started training with Liz, she asked what MY goals were and explained what it would take to achieve them. Each week she increased weight or reps to initiate muscle change and was always ready with an alternative exercise should the need arise. Liz was also instrumental in getting my 14 year old daughter excited about fitness. She started a special Monday group for my daughter and her friends to increase their core strength and stamina to help them improve in their equestrian sport. Their workouts were more cardio and competitive which the girls LOVED. As Director of Spa and Wellness at Spa Relais at the Westlake Village Inn, I oversee all Spa treatments, special events and Wellness Retreats. When creating my wellness retreat team, I knew that Liz Law needed to part of that team so she could share her passion and experience with the community, visitors and hotel guests.
