Workout In Person
Come to my outdoor Thousand Oaks gym for a strength training program personalized to your specific goals and needs. We will use dumbbells, a cable machine, barbell, trap bar, box, and resistance bands to strengthen and tone your body. Sessions are 1 hour long and include a dynamic warm-up and closing stretch. You have the option to bring a partner for a reduced rate. We will meet 2-3 times per week. Click here to schedule with me.

Workout Virtually
Busy schedule with just 30 minutes here and there to workout? Have access to dumbbells- either at home or at a gym? Love the idea of doing *something* structured 4-7 days a week, but on your own schedule and terms? This is the plan for you! Commit to 4 dumbbell workouts per week (2 upper body, 2 lower body) This program also offers a library of additional core, cardio, full body dumbbell, and mobility workouts at your fingertips! The Virtual plan offers the most flexibility and efficiency for the busy person who can just manage 30-40 minutes here and there, but wants to stay on track and have a plan.
