Are you ready to transform?

Hi there! I’m Liz and I’m so glad you’re here. My goal is to help YOU fall in love with the process of exercising and taking care of your body so that it can become a lifelong, sustainable habit that enhances every aspect of your life.  

I’m a lifelong fitness enthusiast and former college athlete.  I spent my 20s and early 30s working in retail and then design, but when my two kids were little, I realized that I am truly living my best life when I feel active, healthy, and energized. It was then that I felt called to share this with others.

Holding credentials in group fitness as well as personal training, I’ve been training clients since Jan 2019.  I’m excited to continue learning and growing so that I can help even more people create lasting change in their lives – because health isn’t just about the physical; it’s about the emotional, mental, and spiritual too.
